I threw together an electrolysis setup a little bit ago to play with. You can definatly produce more than I would have guessed. But I doubt it's enough to make a major difference. From what I hear these guys are messing with their O2 sensors too. I don't know about you but it sounds like a big risk of running lean and melting pistons to me.
