I was referencing this article:
http://www.signonsandiego.com/news/s...6transfat.html It was where they were making restaurants change their cooking oil away from transfats. Anyways I'm wrong, I suppose so my mistake. But if you read the article it states the change in oil for restaurants should be negligible in price.
