if you get forged pistons and rods for the D16Z6 it's good for about 300 on 93 octane and about 400 on 110 octane or E85. there are also a lot of people running vitara pistons with forged rods and getting just as much. search for fjt distributors, they sell a budget bottom end kit for the d-series.
