So I have a 92 automatic hatch civic and a 93 manual del sol d16z6.

The Hatch is a daily driver, the body is not doing so well but I have started buying used good body parts for it, and I have it looking alot better, so It is time to start to think about the project I have been meaning to get to. It currently has a d15 auto in it...

I aquired a non-driving 1993 Honda Del Sol, that I can get to turn over, and it gluggs but with out continually pumping the gas wont stay running. It has the d16z6 vtec motor.

I want to meld the two cars, I heard it was possible to swap over the rear disk brakes from the del sol to the hatch, as well as the engine.

I was just wondering my possibiliites with these two vehicles?

Should I do the swap or should I just fix the del sol and swap a Craigslist bought either Y8 or another z6 into the hatch, what amount of work are we talking here in the realm of custom fab am I looking at or is it practically a bolt up installation..?

Any websites or links and or advice that can throw out to help me with these projects?
