When you say rolling the fender upwards does that mean that after i take off that plastic pieace that I should bend the plastic the rubber is laying on Upwards basicly folding it to touch the fender itself and then i should reconnect the rubber back onto it? What i am questioning here is why should i reconnect the rubber if thats the correct process?
