Do NOT cut your fenders... that will just inhibit rust... you can, however, remove the rubber piece, then roll the fender up to avoid rubbing. Don't forget to slide the rubber piece back on.
Having too much of a negative camber might not be good.
having too much tire tuck is not good at all.
