Rubbing question?
Im wanting to have the tire just a quarter under the fender in the rear and the front without any rubbing. I have 205/45/16 +40 offset. Ive heard about bending the inner wheel well area in the front so ill try that. The rea on the other hand has the rubber piece that covers the plastic flat piece that goes around the whole round area of the inside wheel well. If i cut that whole piece which would involve taking off that plastic piece then im still thinking i may need to cut more.
What is the more common way of cutting that area in the rear? I know my wheel isnt hitting the top of the inside of the wheel well and its only rubbing the outside area of the inner fender.
BTW I have perfect camber all around so maybee if i go a little negative then im sure it will work but if i do that then the tires wont last long. You tell me
