I know that no matter what, we are going to be dependant on oil for a long time to come, and I agree we should be finding alternate sources. Not everyone can buy a brand new car, and it will take a long time for any new fuel to become cheap enough for everyone to use. So, why is it a bad thing to find a cheaper, non-imported source for the time it takes us to do that? Or, we could sit back, and dump money into the middle east.
