when consumers stop buying un-efficient cars and buying the more efficient ones. its already happening with the toyota prius.

if someone made a car that was affordable and could run on electricity i would buy it for commuting around town (since most likely it would get no more than 150 miles to a tank/charge)

its not that hard.
