ok thanks guys ... problem is being taken care of 100% now

bank is covering half the fee's and says that the $100 will drop on monday because there is no signed receipt showing i made the transaction

got off the phone with the club manager and he was totally cool, said come down at 7, he'd go ahead take care of it and make it all square with me, told him all i wanted was half the over draft fee's credited back because the bank is taking the other half

i know i could have got all 165 the way the guy was totally ready to help plus 82 from the bank but in a way thats stealing and even if it is all over overpriced booze i dont cheat business's no matter how shady they can be.
