I bought a buddy club full kit for my 97 civic coupe from a friend off his old car and everything fits just perfect except for the front bumper. It is getting caught on the "cross bar" that runs across the width of the car. Its a huge thick bar that is located right below the headlights, Im pretty damn sure that its connected to the frame.

BTW, the kit gets pretty damn close, so would some hard sanding on the inside of the bumper allow enough clearance?
