You can go at this two ways.. Tech or Bubba.

Since it seems like an easy problem, I try it the Bubba way.. I'd replace the bulb..

The Tech way is to check for power at the Load and yadda yadda.. No one seems to like reading it.. So I won't write it down..

But yeah, I believe that the filament is out and it's causing wierd things to happen..
