maybe under high load situations and high rev, it creates a nasty amount of movements with my main shaft in the trans which is sitting in the center of the flywheel & directly connected to my crank... (just thoughts that are turning in my head)

Come to think about it that can be your problem. I have talked to a tuner, and he was talking about how many oil pumps and main bearings that get blown apart from using a CTR pulley, that they lack the little bit balancers that the stock pulley have (the rubber part i showed you at jarfro's place). And it being so small it cant compensate for the large amount of vibration having a bad input shaft bearing will cause unwanted vibration in the motor, which in turn will kill bearings. That is one reason why i want to get the ATI super damper for my build. Just something for you to think about. There is a reason why V8's uses balancers.

I did a accord that had a bad pressure plate and i remember how much vibration that caused.
