If you had a stable successful job but was offered opportunity to go to med school and be stuck with at least 4 years of BIG loans and then get paid nothing for next few years before you get established, would you do it?
I'm not sure how one is offered an opportunity to go to med school. However, one small regret I have is that I decided not to go to law school. Yes I was accepted but I chose not to do.
At my current age and with my level of employment, if I was given another chance to go to law school I would pass.
Was becoming a DR something you wanted to pursue when you were in school? if not, I suggest you talk to someone who has gone through it recently or an advisor rather then us people here.
