There are alot of all motor stuff you can do that you didn't mention that would easily get you to 200. First off, do you have an H22 or H23? If you have an H22, you can safely bore it out to a 2.4, if it's an H23, you can safely bore it out to a 2.5. From there, get high compression forged pistons like Arias, or JE. Then go with a set of lightweight forged rods, like Crowers. Ditch the Type-S cams in favor of some high-profile cams by...well, Crower, also. Then go for some stainless valvesprings and titaniut spring retainers. high flow injectors/fuel rail will do you well, along with a completely upgraded ignition system. Yup that should do it. also, if you have an H22, which is Vtec, go for an Apexi V-AFC. This will allow Vtec to kick in sooner and really take advantage of your new cams.
