Are you kidding me? Last time I checked, Honda was the one making awsome cars and not Sears!

If you did not drive into something or over something, why would the rear control arm go?

What does it mean out of whack? can they speak in plain mechanics language?

I assume that whomever did the ball joint touch the tie rod adjustment screw. They should of marked the location of it or not touch it at all. Was this a shop that did that? If so, you should tell them to fix this.
