I have a 94 lx non v tech accord I changed all the seals to stop a leack everything is good now no more leack... But I noticed the spark plug wires have oil on the bottom my mechanic changed the seals supposely now he tells me there another set of seals inside the top that also have to be replaced is this true or did I get jerk.
