Header wrap isn't an OEM equivalent part and no header wrap is sold with a CARB Exemption Order #.
Frankly I wouldn't bother in either case.
Does the DC Sports header fall in to that particular category? And if its worth anything the header is ceramic coated. As far as those illegal modification laws i think im in the clear, i know people
