Wrapping a mild steel header with thin walled tubing and weak welds will greatly increase the risk of cracking for relatively little reward.

Also, for those of you who have to follow CA smog laws, header wrap is a de jure illegal modification.
Header wrap isn't an OEM equivalent part and no header wrap is sold with a CARB Exemption Order #.

Frankly I wouldn't bother in either case.
