For example, a set of Eibach Sportline springs will lower a Type R only 0.7", and all other Integras 1.7".
However H&R makes a spring specifically for the Type R which will lower it 1.5F and 1.3R.
i had the ITR spec H&R's on my LS, and it lowered it a buttload (2.25" plus). i later had stock ITR springs, which lowererd the car about 1.25-1.5" compared to the stock LS springs.
