not true, partly. If you lowered my car using Eibach ProKits and Tokico blues, you would see that the ride would be smoother than if you lowered it using Ground Controls(even though Eibach makes the springs for them) because the spring rates are higher on the coilovers, which means less ride quality. I happen to like the ground controls, but they don't compare to a shock/spring setup.
