i donno, i'd base it on the quality of each to compare to, like i'd take a well-designed set of performance springs by progress over a set of ground controls any day hehe, though of course i do a variety of driving (highway driving, street driving, incredibly-bad-dc-pothole driving, autox'n) i dont think that i'd actually change the settings all THAT much
