I believe that the recommended plugs are Denso plugs,or at least that's what I'm using and NGK wires with no mods to the motor.You should probably check Autozone,they seem to have everything I ever look for for my Accord.I just get my oil changed at either Valvoline or where ever I can get it changed for cheap,I don't think it really matters.I've heard of people using a synthetic auto body part,but they say that you should change it after only 2k miles after the first usage,then go back to the normal 3k changing schedule.If you think that you might want to try a synthetic blend,I would say do a little research to weigh the pros and cons .

I also had a Probe GT('93).I will never buy another Ford product as long as I live.It was a total love hate relationship with that car.It makes no sense that a car with such a weak ass motor required premium gas!
