Some tips on the process:
-Know what you want in an employee
-Ask questions that will allow you to see the personality in the applicant
-Dont settle

Also, write down questions that you would like to ask, and jot down their responses. This will help you if you are interviewing multiple people for a position and need to make a decision at a later date. Having a recap of the interview to remind you of the person is always good.
