The ironiy I saw is that the cops were called out for being corrupt, and are using public funds to track down and intimidate a citizen because the person in question used the USPS "to threaten, harass or intimidate" the cops.
Still not ironic. There's nothing corrupt or illegal about using public records to track down who is harassing them.
