Actually, it is standard on all EX models, regardless of the drivetrain. I know that the Accord hybrid had ANC that activated when changing from 6 to 3 cylinders. IDK when the system is actually activated on the new Accords being that the 4 cylinder doesn't shut off any cylinders, so there would be no reason for ANC to be used for that kind of situation, but perhaps it's used when shifting from gear to gear or at idle. Well anyway, I suppose Honda will always be more sport orientated while the Camry will be tuned for luxury, even if that does mean that the Accord will have more road noise and engine presence as opposed the the Camry (road and engine isolation was a huge deal for Toyota when it came to building the new Camry). Hopefully Honda will put some more sound deadening or use more effective material for the MMC (Honda did use a different type of lightweight sound deadening that was more effective for the 2006-07 models in comparison to the 2003-05 Accords).
