First you need to find your IP

To do that go to Run

Then type CMD

IN the CMD window type ipconfig

It should tell you your local IP address

From there that goes into your IP address in that window you screen shotted

From there name the Application whatever you want and then the ports
27020 in the start column and 27050 in the end column

On the pulldown it should let you select TCP or UDP or Both for the above set it to TCP

Do the same thing for the other port - set but with the listed ports for UDP - this you may have to do 2x cause there is a 1200 single port that needs to be open and the other is a range from 27000 - 27015
