Computer geeks...versus Router people.
I want to play Team Fortress online...but I cant seem to log into any servers. I can see and refresh the server list...but I cant get into them
I think it might have something to do with port forwarding...halp?

First you need to find your IP
To do that go to Run
Then type CMD
IN the CMD window type ipconfig
It should tell you your local IP address
From there that goes into your IP address in that window you screen shotted
From there name the Application whatever you want and then the ports
27020 in the start column and 27050 in the end column
On the pulldown it should let you select TCP or UDP or Both for the above set it to TCP
Do the same thing for the other port - set but with the listed ports for UDP - this you may have to do 2x cause there is a 1200 single port that needs to be open and the other is a range from 27000 - 27015
