try to stay away from saturated fats and simple carbs like someone else said
peanut butter is good
dont eat white bread, def replace w/ whole grain
chicken and fish ftw
eat around 4 regular meals a day at least. one about 2 hrs before a workout and then again w/in 45 mins of the workout
