04 V6/EX/NAV/Coupe/AT. I really had to step on the gas today on the interstate because a car was about to NOT let me merge. I was probably doing 50-55MPH on the entry ramp and had to go to 70MPH pretty fast. A couple seconds later after I slowed down, this orange engine icon (on the left of the cluster, above the tach) blinks about 7 or 8 times. It was NOT the Traction control or oil light icon; it had no words and was just an engine icon. I am wondering if it was letting me know I revved it pretty hard although I don't think I hit redline. I'm usually pretty easy on my car and use only premium fuel, but I had to get up and go or I was gonna be out of space. The tires didn't squeal and the acceleration was nice, but the blinking engine icon has me confused. Hopefully, someone on here will know what that meant and it was just a "warning" that I sat on WOT for a second or two when I was already doing about 55MPH. Thanks for any info...h:
