Trying not to pass 2000 rpm while accelerating and not passing 3000 rpm on the highways and increased my mpg to 250-260 miles for my whole tank...sounds right, the majority of those miles are city. Does that sound right? I'm in nyc and I took the car to the dealer and they said everything was fine and that their was nothing they could do. well its definately better than before.
The way i look at it, i rather pay few bucks xtra every month and have fun driving rather then drive around like a grandma.
for the past month i've been averaging about 15mpg (it can use a tune up). 225miles until i fill up about 15 gallons in there. But i'm always having fun driving it. I keep it in low gears so i get better acceleartion.
