Yea, I remember doing the entire storyline co-op for the achievement.
A. It was too easy, even on the hardest setting.
B. It felt like someone was always getting in my way because some of those hallways and rooms can get small.
The key we found that worked was to take turns on who enters key areas forst so that one is always left alive for the respawn. We have it down to a science now and are walking through the story on my 360 Elite for the award points.
