All of that has been mandatory for all HD-DVD players from the start. For a snapshot of this just look at the release of 300 on Blu-ray and HD-DVD, the features on the HD-DVD version were years ahead of those on the Blu-Ray version.
How do those things play into the video/audio currently on the blu-ray? I put my blu-ray in, get 1080p picture which looks amazing on my hdtv......that's all i'm really buying it for. :hsdunno:
