take a pic of your remote. i usually can tell what system it is. as for clicking, that is the relay. but either the relay is defective (rare) or something is triggering it for the window to roll down. if the siren is disconnected, make sure the wire is NOT touching the chassis(ground) if it is, it most likely shorted and toasted what ever device it was hooked up to.
