97 accord 2.2

I just changed the timing belt and waterpump. I heard some rubbing noise that sounded like the belt against the timing cover so I removed it.

questions: is the belt supposed to wobble around a good bit even when new?

also, the idle was steady at first but then started going up and down after a minute or so.

the coolant isnt bleed completely yet, so could the waterpump be causing the idle to go weird like that?
