outside id say about mid 40's to low 50's. and there is no water running there, it's a cathedral like ceiling, over the family room. the water leaks brownish black, and the wood is a bit moldy already, but we havent fixed the wood until we fix the leak, then we will sand the ceiling down and paint it.

we just dont know why it keeps leaking, the roof's been down a few times over that area...
