well as of when I stopped working out in early 04 I did know more than a little, I just never saw the point of it outside of competitive uses. Also from a health perspective I grew weary that creatine might cause someone to get burnt out quicker in the long run.
Granted I am curious, and eager to get back my old weight. So maybe now that more extensive research has been done I will try it out when I finally renew my gym membership in a few days.
