Replace the slave cylinder. Refill with fluid, bleed the clutch. Drive it like you stole it. Shouldn't take you more than a hour with simple tools and an extra hand to help you bleed the lines. You can get a one-man bleeder kit from any parts store for around $10 if you're short handed on help.
