Thanks for the input guys. I was leaning more toward 83mm as well just so there could be more meat on the sleeves in case something catastrophic happened and the block needed reboring. The torque issue is pretty much negligible between the two bore sizes since the difference in displacement is 1.88L vs 1.92L.

And yes, the Greddy manifold loved to melt the dipsticks since it was practically touching the dipstick tube. That manifold got so much hotter and stayed hotter much longer than the tubular piece. I don't think I have to worry about melting dipsticks any longer.

Oh and I tried rerouting the charge piping to have the compressor outlet to face down and run a 90 off it but the piping hangs lower than the oil pan, so I am stuck with the mess of bends I have now.
