I hope $32,000 is in CAN, otherwise go to another dealer or bargain a little better. I can imagine MAYBE 30 grand with DVD Navigation and DVD RES installed, but you don't have either from what it sounds like.
DVD Entertainment is a factory option, it'd best serve you to buy it with the vehicle so it'd get financed alongside of it to make payments easier.
