Freshly built B18C1 block with new hone, rings, and bearings... new head for the most part with new dual valve springs, and titanium retainers.

New fluids, and oil of course... I was told I had some oil in the intercooler from the old setup. Now at start up the motor still smokes, white smoke that is... we haven't run the motor long considering the new setup is untuned and is dumping fuel into the cylinders.

All 4 cylinders are wet, but only 3 spark plugs are wet. Food for thought.

The turbo only has about 600 miles on it. I don't think it could be the oil seal on the turbo, not yet at least.

Any thoughts or suggestions?
