this is a difficult problem to figure out. but one thing i can say is the problem is before the load (dome, clock). It is shorting before those accesories. Now the fuse blows because the battery voltage thats supposed to be used up looks for a ground and if it cant find any, your fuse is the weak link and thats why it always blows up. What you can do is basically get a diagram for the circuit that you have and find the wire common to the electrical circuit( dome, clock) then before those accesories, you need to find a cut in a wire thats touching the chasssis, or a bolt that was drilled in a wire which in turn shorts the wire to the ground. (most common). thats all i can tell you my friend. hope you find the culprit.
