My heater control valve on the hose leading to the heater core isn't moving when I turn the temp dial. I can move it with my hand and I have hot heat. If I unhook the cable from the valve it still won't move so it's not a sticky valve. Any ideas what the issue might be? The flaps in the climate control box don't seem to be working right because I can't always get the air to flow to the proper vent when I press the buttons, don't know if this will have any bearing on the diagnosis. Thanks a lot.
