Ack! You don't use a razor blade anywhere near your paint. Only on glass. Just use Goo Gone and your finger nail.

The best way is to heat it up with a hair dryer or leave it out in the sun to make the glue get a little soft. Don't use a heat gun though as it will burn your paint.
