Absolutely nothing. The lack of torque is both perceived and real. Perceived from the incredibly smoothness and easy revving nature of the engine, and real because of the VTEC-E design and poor engine timing due to no MAF.

A short ram intake, headers and pulleys will give you perhaps an additional 10-5 ft-lb midrange, but it will cost close to $1000.
