The intake will only void your warranty if a problem can be directly blamed on the intake...such as you hydrolocking, MAF, TPS, and maybe even your variable intake manifold (if you have a V6). Any knowledgable service department will not go to lengths to "blame" your intake because they will get reimbursement from Honda anyway, but intakes can cause several problems that shouldn't be waranteed. But obviously they can't blame the intake on a power steering pump leak or a brake caliper sticking.
