kinda agree and disagree.

i dont think she should make such a big deal over what cooking/not cooking is. petty stuff like this shouldnt cause hurt feelings...yet a freaking thread on the internet. it was just a commercial they saw on TV, not somebody cheating on somebody.

as for the analogy...if you have a girlfriend that turns to somebody else to fulfill her material needs/wants, she shouldn't be your gf.
