I'm flabby
I separated my clavicle about a month ago (maybe 5 weeks now) and haven't been in the gym since. Although I haven't gained any weight, my man-boobs are back with a vengeance, and the gut is back to its old ways. WTF... i don't know how to tighten up my pecs without using my right shoulder... and even the normal ab workouts still end up tweaking my injured shoulder too.
Anybody with some pt experience/advice on keeping in shape with limited mobility?
