I still stand by what i said. It's also possible my knowledge is outdated but that document is also outdated. Also it doesn't say anything about actual enforcement. The document is a DOT document not code enforcement document. The two are completely different. IMO it doesn't verify or dismiss what I said.
even if it were an increase, the speed is still restricted. As it is everywhere in the US.
