i recently realized that my '05 accord ex has gotten weaker than before. it's an automatic, and when i'm driving i feel it's shifting into higher gears at a slower rate... like not fast enough.

sometimes i'm on the on ramp to a highway and as i accelerate the car's speed doesn't go up much, then i press a little harder then nothing happens and all of a sudden the rpm jumps from 2.5k to like 5k.

i was wondering if this is a kind of maintenance problem or something.
